sports performance camp at pinnacle
This Camp will be a great jump start for athletes to prepare for upcoming sports season. Each week, we will focus on a combination of strength, cardio, and plyometric drills that will help each athlete become more explosive and powerful on the field. Also included will be information on fueling, recovery, and myofascial release techniques.
Led by our very own Personal Trainer, Mike Dewar, participants will take a proactive approach to training and performing like accomplished athletes. Ages 10-18 years.
